The HG story
René Héneault and Conrad Gosselin founded Héneault et Gosselin in 1964 in Montréal. Originally with the mission of carrying out building renovations. They were, however, already looking out for specific market needs, and rapidly observed that there were very few, if any, specialists in foundation repairs and replacement. They therefore decided to develop their expertise in underpinning, a field that would experience spectacular growth with the major highway expropriation projects of the 70s.
More than 55 years later, our company is a pioneering force in our industry, thanks to the
vision of two great men.
