What should I do about my interior furnishings?
In general, you will not be required to remove the furnishings from your house. However, we do recommend that you secure tall cabinets and items and take down wall hangings. We also recommend removing expensive or valuable items from your home. You will want to verify with your insurance company for proper coverage during the move.
