What kind of permits are required?
A building permit is usually required for any type of construction and/or renovation. Contact your city or town office for more information. The client is responsible for obtaining these permits and the costs are never included in our contract. In most cases, we supply the client with a set of construction drawings, outlining the scope of our work. These drawings can be helpful when dealing the city permit officials.
